  • Set up Transaction desk, share a link to all the forms with you and the Sellers
  • Ensure paperwork is filled out completely & send for client signatures
  • Order sign & post up 
  • NWMLS and KWLS input  (if applicable)
  • Timely upload documents for brokerage compliance
  • Send your client an email with all documents once we go LIVE and links to share with their friends and family on social media

Pending Service Package...  $450 paid at closing

  • We will do a full file audit upon receipt (to ensure it's fully executed & valid)
  • Send out introductory emails to all parties with a copy of contract
  • Open Title & Escrow
  • Track contract deadlines with a clean & easy to read Summary Sheet
  • Timely Compliance Submittal to your brokerage and maintain file with any additional documents added during the life of the transaction
  • Generate Commission disbursement & submit to Escrow, after your review & approval
  • Order Home Warranty (if applicable)
  • Creating & sending out addenda for signatures (with your guidance & approval)
  • Weekly Progress updates to you and the clients 
  • Weekly communication with you and your clients
  • ​​Order sign down (if applicable)
  • ​Save the Final Settlement Statement and email it to your clients in January for  their taxes
